Over the years, I've sat with many Muslim founders, CEOs and managers. And I kept hearing the same thoughts:
Some put it more bluntly:
Leading people is spiritually draining, and we want to fix that.
For nearly two decades, my work at ProductiveMuslim has been about leading yourself with Barakah: how to manage your energy, focus and time in the spirit of Barakah Culture. This program is the other half. It's about leading others, with Barakah.
This isn't a conference or a classic leadership training program. It's a small room of leaders who carry real responsibility, working through one question together:
This isn’t a conference or a classic leadership training program. It’s a small room of leaders who want to think about leadership and running a business from an Islamic worldview.
Over the four days, we’ll work through six areas where Barakah Culture can reshape how you lead and run your business:

What changes when your organisation's purpose is oriented towards worshipping Allah, and not just growth.

Planning for an uncertain world: doing your part fully and leaving the outcome to Allah

Nurturing the souls of the people you lead, not just their performance.

Consultation, istikharah, and a simple matrix that lightens decision fatigue.

From hiring and haqq-based pay to feedback and letting people go, all done with amanah and dignity.

Building a business that outlasts the founder, with a waqf linked to it.
Every session follows the same rhythm, so the ideas don't stay in the room.
Step 1
The core ideas of each conversation, taught simply.
Step 2
What would work in your context, and what wouldn't.
The key takeaways you'll carry back to your organisation.
On the final morning, each leader presents what they'll change in their organisation and gets feedback from the room.
THEN WE KEEP GOING: THREE FOLLOW-UP GROUP CALLS
after Dallas

after Dallas
We ask what changed, and work through what's stuck.

This is the first time we're running this program. The founding cohort will be small on purpose, and what you share in that room will shape every cohort that comes after.
Founding members will be recognised as such, and I hope this becomes a circle of leaders who keep supporting each other long after the program finishes in Dallas.
Offer ends Sunday 25 October
From Monday 26 October

I don't know yet who'll be in that room. But I'm looking forward to being in a circle of leaders who leave Dallas with practical ways to bring Barakah Culture into their organisations. So I'll leave you with one question:
Sincerely,
Mohammed Faris
